1.Definition

مرحبًا بك في موقع REDNAVY STYLE، المملوك والمدار من قبل “مؤسسة احمر ازرق لتجارة الألبسة والتجارة الإلكترونية”. يشكّل استخدامك لهذا الموقع أو قيامك بأي عملية شراء موافقة تامة على جميع الشروط والأحكام الواردة أدناه.

2. Orders

When you order a product from the website, you are requesting to purchase it at the price displayed at the time of the order.
Prices are subject to change in the event of promotions or pricing errors.
Order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance; the order is only confirmed after delivery and full payment is received.
In case the order cannot be fulfilled (out of stock, pricing error, etc.), you will be notified immediately, and any paid amount will be refunded if applicable.

3. Delivery and Collection within Jordan

• We provide delivery to the specified governorates of Jordan listed on the website.
Delivery time: 24 hours to 2 business days within Amman, and 2 to 4 business days for other governorates. 
• Delivery fees are calculated upon order completion.
• In case of non-receipt of the order, we reserve the right to cancel it and deduct the shipping fees when refunding the amount.
• A person may be authorized to collect the order, and our responsibility ends upon handing it over to them.

4. Transfer of Responsibility

• The responsibility for the product transfers to you once it is delivered to the specified address.
• If you authorize a third party (such as a building caretaker) to receive the order, our responsibility ends upon delivery to them.

5. Exchange Policy

  • لا نقبل الإرجاع، ولكن نوفر التبديل خلال 3 أيام من الاستلام في الحالات التالية:

    • وجود خلل مصنعي.

    • خطأ في المقاس.

  • يشترط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم.

  • يتحمل الزبون رسوم التوصيل في حالة التبديل، إلا إذا كان الخطأ من المتجر.

6. Promotional Offers

• Temporary promotions may be offered from time to time, and the specific terms for each offer will apply.
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate promotions without prior notice.

7. Images and Prices

We are committed to displaying accurate images that reflect the actual appearance and colors of the product; however, differences in screen settings between devices may result in slight color variations, without affecting the product's quality or specifications.
